Best in Parking AG is seeking a passionate and driven IT Support and Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As an IT Support and Service Engineer, you will be a key point of contact for our internal and external users, providing timely and effective technical support and owning cases through to resolution. 

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and contributing to the overall productivity of our organization. 

Role description

  • Provide independent 1st and 2nd level support and act as an escalation point for service partners via Jira, email, phone, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including those specific to our company’s service and application stack
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment in line with company standards and procedures, and optimize workplace technologies
  • Manage the full user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including role-based changes, in our Microsoft hybrid domain environment
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid server environments and physical network infrastructure using monitoring systems
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and operational procedures in Jira Service Management and Confluence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ITIL practices
  • Actively participate in projects related to the implementation of new technologies and the migration of our current hardware and software landscape
  • Own incidents end-to-end (root cause analysis, resolution, prevention) and document the steps taken in the knowledge base - not just escalate 

Your professional profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in an IT service role, demonstrating a strong track record of problem-solving and customer service; ideally with experience supporting state-of-the-art products
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows operating systems (Linux is a plus), as well as network infrastructure; able to quickly learn product-specific technologies and applications
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and on-premises Active Directory/user management
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) and IT documentation best practices, including the ability to create troubleshooting documentation and guides
  • Fluency in German and English (Italian or Croatian is a plus)

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary from € 50.000,00 on a full-time basis (All-In) above the collective agreement plus variable salary components with the willingness to overpay with appropriate experience and qualifications.
