The parent company, Breiteneder Immobilien Parking AG, is a family-run business and has been active in parking management for more than 45 years. In 2020, the business activities in parking management and mobility solutions were bundled into Best in Parking AG and separated from the other business activities in the real estate sector. Breiteneder Immobilien Parking AG is dedicated to the development and operation of sustainable real estate projects in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Our activities currently focus on Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Albania. In addition to CEO Johann Breiteneder, who has been with the company for 27 years, the group’s management team and regional managing directors also have many years of experience in parking and mobility solutions. We attach great importance to the optimal development and implementation of our projects by using sustainable technology to protect the environment. We make cities more liveable and create valuable space for living, working and mobility.
The Amauris Hotels
Luxury boutique hotels in prime locations. The Amauris Hotels captivate with elegant, modern furnishings and personal service at the highest level. The first of ist kind, The Amauris Vienna, opened in February 2023 on Vienna’s famous Ringstrasse opposite the Vienna State Opera. In addition to 62 exclusive units, the offering of The Amauris Vienna also includes the elegant Glasswing gourmet restaurant, the Glasswing Bistro & Bar and a high-quality wellness area.
