Role description
- Provide effective 1st and 2nd level support and act as an escalation point for service partners via JIRA, email, phone, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including those specific to our company's service and application stack
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment in line with company standards and procedures
- Manage the full user lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including role-based changes, in our Microsoft hybrid domain environment
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hybrid server environments and physical network infrastructure using monitoring systems
- Document support cases, resolutions, and operational procedures in Jira Service Management and Confluence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ITIL practices
Your professional profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience in an IT service role, demonstrating a strong track record of problem-solving and customer service, ideally with experience supporting state-of-the-art products
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows (Linux as a plus) operating systems, as well as network infrastructure, and demonstrates ability to quickly learn new product specific technologies and applications
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premise-AD and user management
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) and IT documentation best practices, and the ability to create troubleshooting documentation and guides
- Fluency in German and English (Italian or Croatian as a plus)
