Your tasks
- Configure and manage cloud-based parking management systems
- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to parking management systems
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate and enhance functionalities
- Monitor system performance and generate detailed reports
- Train and support end-users in using the system
- Documentation of Application Setup
Your professional profile
- University degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with cloud-based IT systems and management software
- Knowledge of network technologies
- Technical troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Eager to learn
- Good communication skills in dealing with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of SQL Server (ability to analyze database data through queries, scripts and reports)
- Knowledge of REST API or similar web API modules
- Experience in parking management is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis tools
- Basic knowledge of Confluence from Atlassian or similar tools
- Willingness to travel
