Best in Parking AG is a leading developer and operator of parking and mobility solutions in Central and South Eastern Europe. We meet the diverse requirements of municipalities, stakeholders and parking customers through integrated 360° solutions and set new standards in terms of customer friendliness and sustainability. Our activities cover the entire vertical service spectrum: project conception, planning, construction and project implementation, financing as well as the operation and maintenance of off-street locations (such as underground car parks, multi-storey parking lots and parking areas) and on-street parking spaces (parking areas on public roads) including enforcement, dynamic guidance systems, the management of access controls and authorizations as well as their innovative further development. We develop integrated IT and digitalization solutions to turn parking spaces into mobility hubs and cities into modern Smart and Climate Active Cities through efficient processes and a unique customer experience.

Your tasks

  • Support in the planning and execution of IT projects, creating and maintaining project plans and reports
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external project stakeholders, ensuring the flow of information
  • Manage project resources and budgets, monitor project progress, and prepare data for project reports
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards in project implementation and create documentation
  • Identify and monitor project risks, assist in developing risk mitigation strategies
  • Support administrative tasks within the organization

Your professional profile

  • Completed technical education (HTL, degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field), or a comparable background
  • Initial experience in project work or project management, ideally in the IT sector, and use of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Communication and teamwork skills, organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Structured and independent working style, friendly and professional demeanour, and high willingness to learn
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is an advantage

For this position, we offer an attractive, performance-related gross annual salary in line with the market starting at 40.000,00 EUR (full-time, all-in) with the willingness to pay significantly more if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
