Your tasks
- Checking technical systems and carrying out minor maintenance (e.g. barriers, automatic pay stations, lifts, lighting, etc.)
- Cleaning work, including winter service
- Cash desk service in the car park
- Appointments with specialised companies and customers (parking contracts)
Your professional profile
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Good knowledge of German
- Enjoy dealing with customers
- Team player with an independent way of working
- Reliability
- Driving licence B with own car an advantage
- Willingness to work on-call service

For this position we offer a gross salary of € 2.450,00 above the collective agreement on a full-time basis plus variable salary components.
