Best in Parking AG is a leading developer and operator of car park and mobility solutions in Central and South Eastern Europe. We fulfil the diverse requirements of municipalities, stakeholders and parking customers through integrated 360° solutions and set new standards in terms of customer friendliness and sustainability. Our activities cover the entire vertical service spectrum: project conception, planning, construction and project implementation, financing as well as the operation and maintenance of off-street locations (such as underground car parks, multi-storey car parks and parking areas) and on-street parking spaces (parking areas on public roads) including enforcement, dynamic guidance systems, the management of access controls and authorisations as well as their innovative further development. We develop integrated IT and digitalisation solutions to turn parking spaces into mobility hubs and cities into modern smart and climate-active cities through efficient processes and a unique customer experience.
 
As ‘Best in Parking’ is continuously growing, we are looking for you to strengthen our teams in Vienna!

Your tasks

  • Independent processing of accounts receivable accounting
  • Creating and sending invoices to customers
  • Monitoring and posting incoming payments
  • Carrying out dunning runs and receivables management
  • Account reconciliation and clarification with customers
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Communicating with customers and internal departments to clarify outstanding items
  • Processing customer enquiries, complaints and contractual matters
  • General administrative activities in the area of accounting
  • Support in the planning and implementation of modernisation projects 
  • Administration and processing of payments via payment service providers such as card complete, including conclusion of contracts

Ihr Profil

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting or as a clerk
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of accounting software (e.g. MS-NAV) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Structured and accurate way of working as well as a high level of numeracy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and a service-orientated attitude
  • Independence and personal responsibility
  • Good knowledge of English

For this position, we offer an attractive, performance-related gross annual salary in line with the market starting at 42,000.00 euros (full-time basis, no all-in) with the willingness to overpay with appropriate experience and qualifications.
